Refund policy

We want you to feel confident giving Restoraid a try. If for any reason it’s not the right fit, we’ll do our best to make it right!

Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Here’s how it works:

  • Unopened products – return within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Opened products – if you’ve tried it and it’s not for you, we’ll still accept the return!
  • Fully used products – we can’t issue refunds on empty product pouches.

Some items, like clearance, may be final sale and will be listed as no refund given during the sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days from the date of the approval.

Please note: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Just reach out at info@kinvita.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Shipping Returns

To start a return, email us at info@kinvita.com with your name and email used to make the purchase. We’ll provide the return instructions and mailing address. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
